Cosmic Gear 2, 3, or 4
A Cosmic Slot  2, 3, or 4 could potentially replace any unique of their respective slot. A strong combination of 3 of any of the following affixes would be Crit Rating, Brute Rating, Crit Damage, Brute Damage Rating, and "When you hit with an Energy Power, gain 1% base damage to Energy Powers for every 50 points of Max Suit Power for 5s" (this affix is on slot 3 and 5 only, need at least 775 total spirit for this proc to be worth it).  The ideal Cosmic affixes would be Cosmic Might (10% chance when you hit to gain 8% attack speed, 8% move speed, and 876 damage rating for 10s) and Cosmic Bulkwark (10% to become invulnerable for 4s when you are attacked, 25s cooldown).

Better for DPS (even more than Norn Stones) if you can don't mind losing the 1500 health from M'kraan. The Rank 3 allows it to out DPS M'Kraan. The 60,000 Damage proc doesn't look like much but in a long fight it adds up as proven by Lozareth. The Rank 5's on both Apollo and M'Kraan are about the same DPS wise. Apollo 10% proc chance * 100,000 * 2 ticks per second / 20s cooldown vs M'Kraan 5% proc chance * 400,000 / 20s cooldown.

Basically dump as much as you can into Intelligence and the rest into Deep Thought.
